Day workshops & retreats
During intense day workshop you will learn the whole set of Hormone Yoga Therapy. Once learnt, it takes only 20 – 30 minutes to practice independently at your own home. The HYT practice is very simple and does not require any previous experience with yoga. HYT is a powerful method and you will feel very different just after 1 session. To get the best results, you need to practice at least 3-4 times a week, depending on your symptoms.
